Claro Argentina sought to improve customer experience and adapt to the challenges of digital transformation

With the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of its services, the company Claro, a leader in the telecommunications market, has implemented an innovative technological platform that allows it to analyze data from 1,500,000 customers in Argentina and Paraguay in real time. This initiative marks a milestone in the industry, since the company can now view and process 26,000,000 daily records, thanks to the collaboration with Octupus, a Microsoft partner.
The new platform, developed with the help of Azure Synapse Data Warehouse and Azure Machine Learning Studio, enables real-time synchronization of various sources of critical information, such as network platforms, satisfaction surveys, monitoring tools, CRM and customer complaint systems. This process, carried out over 10 months, has been fundamental for the creation of a solid architecture, based on data extraction and analysis, with Azure Synapse Analytics as its fundamental pillar.

The collaboration with Octupus has been key to the delivery of dynamic dashboards based on perceptions of quality, coverage, number of tickets and device configuration parameters for clients in Argentina and Paraguay. These dashboards, developed with the Power BI tool, provide technical and management teams with a clear view of operational points and business opportunities.

We now have a comprehensive and real-time vision of our operations, which allows us to make more informed and efficient decisions to continue providing the best WiFi service to our customers."
